ABOUT COLORADO RUSH RECREATION PROGRAM
The Colorado Rush Recreation Program is an entry program for boys & girls ages 3-8 (U4-U9) interested to play and learn soccer in a fun and supportive environment. Registration is for an 8 week season which includes 1 practice per week (8 practice days) and 1 game per week (7 total games).

What you will Learn
- Dribbling: controlling the ball while in motion
- Finishing: placement, power, body shape
- Passing: striking the ball with variety of surfaces
- Offensive small group combinations and shape
- Defending: teaching players to press the ball as a group
What You Need
- Soccer Cleats
- Shing Guards
- Jersey (included with registration)
- Water Bottle
- Good Attitudes
